No. 42187 of 2025) in the Uttar Pradesh High Court against the Union of India and Others (respondents), urging the high court to direct the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to extend the due date for filing the Tax Audit Report (TAR) for financial year 2024-25 (assessment year 2025-26).
