Maharashtra Metro Recruitment 2023: Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA-Metro), a Joint Venture Company with equal participation from the Govt. of India and the Govt. of Maharashtra. Maharashtra Metro is hiring candidates for the Director post. As per the Maharashtra Metro Recruitment 2023 notification, there is only 01 vacancy available for the post. The job posting will be in Nagpur. The Appointment will be on a Contract / Deputation basis, for a period of 05 years or till the date of Superannuation whichever is earlier.
According to the Maharashtra Metro Recruitment 2023 notification, the minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum age limit is 57 years. The salary will be between Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000. The incumbent to the above post shall be a member of the Board of Directors of MAHA-Metro and will report to the Managing Director of the Company. The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University.
Desirable: MBA or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University.
The candidate should have the following experineces to apply for the Director post;
a) 25 Years of Group-A / Executive Service in Railways/ Railway PSUs/ Metro Rail with a proven track record.
b) Out of the above 25 years, at least 05 years of Executive experience should be in the following Pay Scale:
Public Sector Executives in the Pay Scale of Rs. 120000-280000 (Revised) or Officers working in Pay Matrix Level-14 of the 07th CPC or Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) (With Grade Pay of Rs. 10000 in Pay Band-4 of CDA Grade of Rs. 37400-67000 (Pre-revised).
c) Planning and Construction of Multidisciplinary Large Scale Railway Projects/ Metro Rail Projects.
d) Bid-Process-Management based on international funding agency guidelines.
As per the Maharashtra Metro Recruitment 2023 notification, the salary will be between Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000.
The selection process will comprise of Personal Interview followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination as per the post’s category. The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude, and physical fitness. The candidates will be shortlisted for an interview, based on their eligibility/ qualifications/ experience in the relevant field. Age Relaxation (If any) for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL) will be as per the Govt. guidelines.
