MCA allows two proposed names and one Resubmission through the RUN : Ministry of Corporate Affairs has decided to permit two proposed names and one Resubmission (RSUB) while Reserving Unique Names for companies through the RUNweb service. This will apply with effect from24.03.2018. MCA has notified Reserve Unique Name(RUN) form via Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 dated 23.03.2018.
