MCA Appoints Shri Jayanti Prasad as Whole Time Member of IBBI The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide Notification F. No. 30/38/2020-Insolvency Section-Part-II dated 14th July notifies appointment of Shri Jayanti Prasad as Whole Time Member of IBBI. The Notification is Given Below: S.O. 3212(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jayanti Prasad, as a Whole time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post i.e. with effect from the 5th July, 2022 or upto the age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
