The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) recently introduced plan of issuing 45 Company e-Forms in MCA 21 Version 3.0 via issuing Circular in this regard.
The Circular Stated, "I am directed to inform all the stakeholders that this Ministry is in the process of introducing certain company e-Forms in MCA21 Version 3.0 (as per Annexure) and thus these e-Forms will not be available in MCA21 Version-2 from 07.01.2023 to 22.01.2023."
Due to the aforementioned fact, the Competent Authority has decided to grant stakeholders an extension of 15 days, free of charge, in cases where the deadlines for submitting these 45 e-Forms fall between January 7, 2023, and January 22, 2023.
This is valid with the competent authority's approval.
