MCA Introduces Online Facilitation Centre to Ensure Timely and Error-Free Filing of Annual Forms
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has recently introduced an Online Facilitation Centre (OFC) to help professionals and companies with smooth annual filings. This initiative, shared by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), is very beneficial for the Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, and Cost Accountants, and other stakeholders, as it will ensure the timely and accurate filing of Annual forms, including Form AOC-4, MGT-7, etc. On the OFC, the stakeholders can get dedicated email support. Any queries or issues regarding the filing can be shared through this email ([email protected]) along with the error screenshot and the ticket number. The OFC team will analyse and compile the issues sent to them before 6 PM every day. To further help the stakeholders, the MCA will also conduct a daily video conferencing session between 2:30 PM and 5 PM. These sessions will have the LTIM technical and domain personnel and eGov representative, Resources from the relevant institute to provide effective solutions to the issues.
