New Delhi, the 5th July, 2018

S.O. ( E) . - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th July , 2018 as the date on on which the provisions of Section 20 of the said Act shall come into force.
