The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issued Notification on 11th February 2022, for section 1 to 29 of LLP (Amendment) Act 2021
Text of the Notification is Given Below:
S.O. _(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 (31 of 2021 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the 01st day of April, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 29 of the said Act shall come into force.
