New Delhi, the 7th August,2018

SO_______(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th August,2018 as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act shall come into force.
