New Delhi, the 27th July, 2018
S.0. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the day of 27th July, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-
