MCA Once Again Extends the Deadline for Filing Annual Returns and Financial Statements The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the deadline for filing the Annual Return and Financial Statement one again. The MCA also extended the deadline for filing e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 Non-XBRL up to 31st March 2022 and MGT-7/MGT-7A until March 15, 2022. MGT-7 is an electronic form supplied by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to all corporations for the purpose of filling out their annual return details. The Registrar of Companies maintains this e-form electronically and on the basis of the company's statement of correctness. Form AOC 4 is used to file financial statements with the Registrar of Companies for each fiscal year (ROC). The corporation must file the AOC 4 in the case of consolidated financial statements.
