The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced that its online portal will be accessible for filing the forms (other than the final set of 38 Company forms) at 12:00 AM on July 12, 2025.

The final set of 38 Company Forms will be live on July 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM, having 13 Annual Filing Forms and 6 Audit/Cost Audit Forms. For a smooth transition, the MCA Portal will not be accessible until 11:59 on 11th July 2025. The stakeholders are requested to schedule their filings accordingly and monitor official notifications and announcements.
