The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued an advisory drawing the attention of stakeholders towards timely compliance requirements.
The MCA advised companies to file MSME Form 1 for the half-yearly period covering October 2025 to March 2026 within the prescribed timeline on the MCA Portal.
