MCA PROPOSES ADDITIONAL FEES OF RS 100 PER DAYFOR ANNUAL FILING
MCA PROPOSES ADDITIONAL FEES OF RS 100 PER DAYFOR ANNUAL FILING : It has been proposed by MCA that , the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules 2014 will be amended to levy additional fee @Rs.100 per day for filings under Section 92 or 137 of the Companies Act 2013. Annual Return i.e. return containing detail of Shareholders is filed under Section 92 & Annual Financial Statements of the company ie Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss , Consolidated Balance Sheet (in case of Consolidated Financial Statement) etc. are filed under section 137 of the Companies Act 2013. Once this amendment is notified, the additional fee @Rs.100 per day (beyond the normal date of filing) shall become payable in respect of 23AC,23ACA,23AC XBRL,23ACA XBRL, MGT-7, AoC-4,AoC-4 XBRL and AoC-4 CFS. Stakeholders are advised to take note and plan accordingly. Stakeholders may note thatMCA has notified Additional fee of Rs.100 per day for delay in filing ROC Forms w.e.f 1st July 2018.About Author
