MCA releases DIR-3 KYC ; Amends Appointment and Qualification of Director Rules

Every individual who has been allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) shall submit e-form DIR-3-KYC to the Central Government on or before 30th April of immediate next financial year. DIR-3 KYC will be available on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 14th July 2018 for filing purposes. Stakeholders are advised to plan accordingly. Provided that for FY 17-18 eform DIR-3 KYC shall be submitted on or before 31st August, 2018. Click here to download the notification
