MCA Reminds Companies to File Form DPT-3 by June 30, 2026
MCA has recently made a really important reminder for stakeholders to file the Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for FY 2025-26.
They further highlighted that companies must file Form DPT-3 and complete the compliance process within the given timeline to avoid any issues. The due date for filing the return is June 30, 2026.
Form DPT-3 is an annual compliance requirement form through which companies report details of deposits and certain outstanding amounts that are not considered deposits under the Companies Act, 2013.
Steps to file Form DPT-3
These are the following steps to file Form DPT-3:
- Visit the MCA V3 portal
- Log in by using MCA V3 Business User credentials
- Navigate to MCA Services
- Select Company e-Filing
- Then proceed to Foreign Company, Deposits & Nidhi Services
- From the available options, choose Form DPT-3
- Fill in the required details
- Upload the necessary documents
- Submit the form
