MCA revises forms for Filing, advises stakeholder to check the latest version before filing.
- CRL-1 eform is likely to be deployed shortly for filing purposes. Oncemade available, the form can be downloaded and filed without additional fee up to 19th March 2018. Stakeholders may plan accordingly.
- Form DIR-3, SPICe , DPT-3, MGT-6, MGT-15, MGT-14, ADT-1, ADT-2, SH-7 and URC-1 are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 17th FEB 2018. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
- eForm AOC-4 (XBRL) is likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 18th FEB 2018. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
- MCA XBRL Validation Tool is likely to be revised for Ind AS Taxonomy on MCA21 XBRL portal page w.e.f 17th FEB 2018. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version for validating the XML.
