There is only 01 vacancy available for the aforementioned posts. As per the official notification of MCL Recruitment 2023, candidates should have a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree, PG diploma, or PG program in management with specialization in HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, MBA, or Master of ‘Social Work from a recognized Indian university or institute. The upper age limit of the candidates should not be more than 65 years old.

The tenure period of the appointment is 6 months, which may be further extended depending on requirements and satisfactory performance.
