For Manager (Senior Consultant) in Field Assessment:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in overseeing the implementation of technology and tools utilised in the project or field with the aim of enhancing operational effectiveness. The identification of field operational solutions that will improve productivity is also part of his responsibilities. He or she also oversees the implementation of best practises in the field that are likely to improve overall productivity and the service delivery experience. The field assessment consultant builds long-term relationships with the field office personnel as well as other managers, including the operations manager. He or she creates and tracks the core metrics necessary to drive the advancement of field operational activities. Previous project management experience, particularly in field operations, is essential. As a field assessment consultant, you should be able to use applications and MIS to improve business processes.

Salary for MEA Recruitment 2023:
