MEITY Recruitment 2022: National Informatics Centre (NIC) was established in 1976, and has emerged as a “prime builder” of e-Government / eGovernance applications up to the grassroots level as well as a promoter of digital opportunities for sustainable development. Scientist-F: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) invites applications on behalf of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), from eligible and qualified candidates for filling up Scientific & Technical Posts. There are 127 posts. These posts are Scientist-F, Scientist -E, Scientist -D and Scientist-C.

The candidate shall submit only one application for each post. Failure to do so may lead to rejection/cancellation of the Application. The admission at all stages of the recruitment will be purely provisional, subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Candidates are requested to apply only by ONLINE between 20 Oct 2022(10:00 A.M) and 21 Nov 2022 (10:30 A.M). No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Candidates are required to have valid e-mail identification and an active mobile number. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) OR Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Course B-Level OR an Associate member of Institute of Engineers OR Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers OR Master’s Degree in Science (MSc) OR Master Degree in Computer Application OR Master’s Degree in Engineering OR Technology (ME or M-Tech) OR Master’s Degree in Philosophy (M.Phil) in the field.

Scientist-F 

The candidate must have 4 years of experience.

Scientist -E 

The candidate must have 8 years of experience.

Scientist -D 

The candidate must have 12 years of experience.

Scientist-C 

The candidate must have 05 years of experience of in evolving, managing and directing major Programmes under any branch of Sciences.

Age Limit for MEITY Recruitment 2022:

Scientist-F – The Age of the candidate must be 50 years.

Scientist -E –  The Age of the candidate must be 45 years.

Scientist -D  –  The Age of the candidate must be 40 years.

Scientist-C  – The Age of the candidate must be 35 years.
