Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Corporate Affairs is looking for qualified applicants to fill the positions of Judicial and Technical Members in New Delhi, Chennai, and across the country. As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates would be granted a monthly salary of up to Rs.2,25,000 plus additional allowances. There are five open positions including three for Judicial Members and two for Technical Members. The maximum age of applicants should not be more than 50 years under section 3 (1) of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021.

As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants will be examined for open positions based on the following qualifications.

| Judicial Member | The applicants should have been a Judge of a High Court, a Judicial Member of the National Company Law Tribunal for five years, or an advocate for ten years with substantial experience in litigation in matters relating to company affairs before the National company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, High Court or Supreme Court. |
| Technical Member | The candidates should have professional experience of not less than twenty-five years, in law, industrial finance, industrial management or administration, industrial reconstruction, investment, accountancy, or any other matter which is useful to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. |
