Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, hires qualified Indian Nationals to fill up vacant posts of Judicial and Technical Members in New Delhi, Chennai, and other benches. As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years under section 3(1) of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021. The shortlisted candidates will be offered Two lakh twenty-five thousand (Rs.2,25,000) per month plus other allowances. The total number of vacancies is 5 consisting of three for Judicial Members and two posts for Technical Members.
As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, interested candidates are instructed to fill up the application form online available on the official portal (under the “instruction for applying online” heading). All required and appropriate papers must be submitted online when filling out the application before the deadline of 05.07.2023 at 05:30 pm. The candidates are requested to print their applications after final submission on the online portal and send them to Shri Riazul Haque, Under Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Room No 526, ‘A’ Wing, 5th Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi 110001 by 05:30 PM on 17.07.2O23. The final selection will be done on the basis of an overall evaluation of candidates done by the Committee based on qualification, experience, and personal interaction.

As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants will be considered for available recruitment based on the following eligibilities.
For Judicial Member
The applicants should have been a Judge of a High Court, a Judicial Member of the National Company Law Tribunal for five years, or an advocate for ten years with substantial experience in litigation in matters relating to company affairs before the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, High Court or Supreme Court.
For Technical Member
The candidates should have professional experience of not less than twenty-five years, in law, industrial finance, industrial management or administration, industrial reconstruction, investment, accountancy, or any other matter useful to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
As per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit of the applicant should not be more than 50 years under section 3 (1) of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021.

The Search-Cum-Section Committee constituted under the Tribunal Reforms Act 2021 for recommending names for appointment to the said post shall scrutinize the applications with respect to the suitability of the application for the available positions.
