Based on the NBCC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Officer post-Selection on both Posts; Senior Executive Director (Engineering) and Executive Director (Engineering) would be Entitled to the Monthly Salary in the IDA Pay Scales as narrated hereunder:
I) Senior Executive Director (Engineering): Rs.150000-300000 (E-09)
II) Executive Director (Engineering): Rs.120000-280000 (E-08)

01) Senior Executive Director (Engineering) Post:
Educational Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree in the relevant Discipline or Business Management will be an added advantage with Total Post-Qualification 24 Years and Prescribed Mandatory Experience and Knowledge in the Post-relevant Domain;
02) Executive Director (Engineering) Post:
Educational Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree in relevant Discipline or Business Management will be an added advantage with Total Post-Qualification 21 Years and Prescribed Mandatory Experience and Knowledge in the Post-relevant Domain.
The Selection Procedure, in accordance with the NBCC Recruitment 2023, for Both Posts, Senior Executive Director (Engineering) and Executive Director (Engineering) shall be carried through on the basis of the Candidate’s Interview and Performance therein subject to Shortlisted Candidate’s meeting Eligibility.
Selected Candidates will be entitled for Remuneration comprising Basic Pay, DA (on IDA Pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under Cafeteria Approach, & Performance Related Pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF, Medical Facility for Self and Dependents, Gratuity, and Leave Encashment is paid as per the Rules of the NBCC (India) Limited.
