Eligibility Criteria according to the posts are as mentioned below:
Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer:
The candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis or the candidates should be given 05 years of regular service in the level-12 in the pay matrix (Rs.78800 to 209200).
Joint Registrar:
The candidates should have held the analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level 11.
The candidates should have 10 years of experience in personnel and administrative or judicial work.
Deputy Registrar:
The candidates should have held the analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level-10.
The candidates should have at least 05 years of experience in personnel and administrative or Judicial work.
Desirable:
The candidates should possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
Deputy Controller of Accounts:
The candidates should have held the analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level-10.
Principal Private Secretary:
The candidates should have held the analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in level 08 of the pay matrix.
Desirable:
The candidates should have knowledge of Computer operation.

In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a deputation basis and shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.
