Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Defence is inviting offline applications from eligible and young Indian citizens for Steno Grade II, LDC, Fireman, Messenger, Range Chowdikar, Mazdoor, Gardener, Safaiwala, Cook, and CSBO Grade II posts. As per the available notification for the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, candidates selected for the Fireman and LDC posts will receive a monthly salary as per the pay scale level II (Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200) while candidates selected for the CSBO Grade II post will get monthly salary as per the pay scale level III (Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100). Candidates selected for the Steno Grade II post will get a salary as per the pay scale level IV (Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100) while the rest of the candidates will receive a salary as per the pay scale level I ( Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900). According to the official notification for the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 37 vacancies available for the above-mentioned posts in various categories. The lower age limit for the available posts is 18 years. The upper age limit is 25 years for UR & EWS candidates, 28 years for OBC candidates, 30 years for ST/SC candidates, and 40 years for government servants.

Qualifications for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023

In accordance with the official notification for the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, candidates must possess the qualifications given below to apply.

CSBO Grade II: Candidates must have passed the 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates must also have proficiency in handling the Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board.

Cook: Candidates must have passed the 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates must also have knowledge of Indian cooking and proficiency in trade.

Steno Grade II and LDC: Candidates must have passed the 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board.

For all the rest of the posts, candidates must have passed the 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023
