Ministry of Finance Amends Customs Notification: Removal of 'Missiles' from Description
The Ministry of Finance (department of revenue) recently shared a corrigendum notification on October 9, 2025 related to a correction of an earlier notification.
This correction is related to the notification of Government of India’s earlier notification No. 37/2025-Customs, dated September 17, 2025, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), through number G.S.R. 644(E).
in line 31, in column (3), 'aircrafts, missiles, etc.' should now be read as 'aircrafts, etc.'.
