Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Finance is inviting applications for the post of Additional Director and Joint Director of Enforcement on a deputation basis. As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 09 vacancies for these posts. Candidate above the age of 56 years is not eligible to apply.
The pay allowance will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training’s O.M/No.6/8l2OO9-Est(Pay-11) dated 17 June 2010 as amended from time to time. Officers working in Enforcement Directorate are entitled to Special Incentive Allowance @ 2O% of Basic Pay.

Candidates applying for the Joint Director of Enforcement should hold analogous Posts regularly in the parent cadre or Department or the candidate should have Five years of regular service in the grade in pay band-3 15600- 39100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600(Pre-revised) [Pay Matrix Level- 11 (Rs.67700 -2O8700)] or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department and possessing ten experience, out of which six years shall be in the field of intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work relating to fiscal or criminal laws or in finance or accounts or corporate affairs and four years shall be in administrative work.
Candidates applying for the Additional Director of Enforcement should hold an analogous Post regularly in the parent cadre or Department, or the candidate with five years of regular service in the grade in pay band-3 15600- 39100 with grade pay of Rs. 7600(Pre-revised) [Pay Matrix Level- 12 (Rs.7880O -2O92OO)] or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department and the candidate should have possessed twelve experience, out of which eight years shall be in the field of intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work relating to fiscal or criminal laws or in finance or accounts or corporate affairs and four years shall be in administrative work.
As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidate for the post of Additional Director of Enforcement will get the pay scale of PB-4 of Rs. 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 (Pre-revised) [Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs. 118500-214100)]. The selected candidate for the Joint Director of Enforcement will get a pay scale of 12.
