Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Finance is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Private Secretary, Sr. personal Secretary and Personal Secretary on a contract basis. As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 08 vacancies. Selected candidates for the post of Private Secretary will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years and for all other posts selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year.
As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Private Secretary and personal Secretary will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 7 and selected candidates for the post of Sr. personal Secretary will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 8. Candidates applying for the post of Private Secretary should be below the age of 56 years and for all other posts the maximum age limit for this job post is 63 years. Mention below is the eligibility criteria for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:
Private Secretary
Candidates should be holding analogous posts of Stenographer on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or candidates should have three years of service in posts in the scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000 (pre-revised) in the parent cadre or department.
Sr. Personal Secretary
Applicants should be Officers retired from the post of Sr. Private Secretary / Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of Central Secretariat Stenographer’s Service or any other similar service at an equivalent level. Candidates should have English stenography speed @100 w.p.m. (7 minutes of dictation to be transcribed in 50 minutes on the computer). Preference will be given to those who have experience of working in Courts/ Tribunals/ Adjudicating Authority.
Personal Secretary
Applicants should be Officers retired from the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant post of the Central Secretariat Stenographer’s Service or any other similar service at an equivalent level.
