In accordance with the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, there are 16 vacant seats available for the post of Dy. General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Sr. Manager, Manager and Dy. Manager.

Qualification and Experience for OMC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

1. For Dy. General Manager-

• BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC.

Experience-

• 12 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 08 years of relevant experience after acquiring 1st Class MMCC.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure to IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency (1stClass MMCC).

2. For Sr. Manager-

• BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC.

Experience–

• 08 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 04 years of relevant experience after acquiring 1st Class MMCC.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency (1stClass MMCC).

3. For Manager-

• BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC.

Experience-

• 4 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/software-enabled mine planning, design & development.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency (1stClass MMCC).

4. For Dy. Manager-

• Diploma in Mining Engg. with 1 stClass MMCC or BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with/without 2 ndClass MMCC under the MMR 1961.

Age Limit for OMC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, the age limit for the above-mentioned post is given below-

• The maximum age limit for the post of Dy. General Manager is not above 44 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Sr. Manager is not above 40 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is not above 38 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Dy. Manager is not below 21 years and above 38 years.
