Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Finance is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Member from the field of Law in the Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on a regular basis and 01 of the members of the Adjudicating Authority shall be appointed as its Chairperson. As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023, there is 01 vacancy for the said positions. The candidates selected for the post of Member from the field of Law will get a monthly pay scale of at Level-14 (Rs.144200 to 218200) and the candidates selected for the post of Chairperson will get a monthly salary at Level-15 (Rs.182200 to 224100). The candidates applying for the mentioned position should be qualified for appointment as District Judge or have been a member of the Indian Legal Service and have held a post in Grade-I of that service.
According to the official notification of the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023, the person appointed as Member or Chairperson shall hold office for a term of 05 years, whether as Member or in continuation as Chairperson, as the case may be, from the date the candidate enters upon his office, or till the candidate attains the age of 65 years (whichever is earlier).
