Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Recruitment 2022: Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is hiring candidates for the Operations Director – Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), Head – of Information Technology, and Director – Sales & Marketing posts. There are 03 vacancies for these posts (One vacancy for each post). The maximum age limit to apply is 50 years. The salary will be between Rs. 90000 to Rs. 150000.
Operations Director – Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI)
Essential
Master’s degree in Pharmacy/Clinical Pharmacology/ Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Research/Pham. D/MBBS/BDS from a recognized university/Institute. MBA as an additional qualification will be preferred
Head – Information Technology
Essential
The minimum Qualification should be Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field/MCA
Director – Sales & Marketing
Essential
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical or related field.
Operations Director – Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI)
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance/Clinical Trials domain.
2. Experience in managing multi-location operations.
3. Ability to design systems and their execution
4. Designing & execution of communication strategy.
5. Experience in Running large awareness programs for the public.
Head – Information Technology
1. Minimum 10 years of experience working in the IT strategy and operations domain.
2. Experience in leading and managing mid to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
3. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and phone systems.
4. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
6. Experience in controlling information technology budgets.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication abilities.
Director – Sales & Marketing
A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales &/or marketing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, publications, services, laboratory consumables and related goods.
1. Excellent network in pharmaceutical R&D/ manufacturing setups.
2. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
3. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Operations Director – Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI)
1. Co-ordinate operations at ADR Monitoring Centres (AMCs).
2. Design & execute awareness program in the form of advertising and other engagement models.
3. Strategy to expand the national footprint for PvPI.
4. Designing and executing incentive programs.
Head – Information Technology
1. Lead medium-scale IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
2. Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes.
3. Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
4. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
5. Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
Director – Sales & Marketing
1. Design and implement marketing strategy to meet sales targets.
2. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
3. Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
4. Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
5. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
