• For Junior Reception Officer- The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary on Level 4 Rs.25,500 to Rs.81,100.
• For Senior Reception Officer- The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary on Level 6 Rs.35,400 to Rs.1,12,400.

According to the official notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024, the period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding to this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.

For Junior Reception Officer-

• Officers of Central Government:-
• The candidate should hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• The candidate should have a minimum five years’ of regular service in level-3 (21700-69100) in the pay matrix; or
• The candidate should have a minimum eight years‘ of regular service in level-2 (19900-63200) in the pay matrix.

For Senior Reception Officer-

• Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union territories or universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or autonomous organisations:-
• The candidate should hold analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• The candidate should have with six years of regular service in a post carrying level-5 ( 29200-92300) in the pay matrix; and pay in
• possessing the following educational qualification and experience;-
• The candidate should have Bachelor Degree from any recognized University or institute;
•  One year experience in work related to reception duty.

Desirable–

• Certificate or diploma course in computers of minimum one year duration from a recognized institute.
