In accordance with the official notification of Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024, the period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.

Salary for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024.

The selected candidate for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024 will get a salary as given below-

For Junior Reception Officer-

• The selected applicant will receive a monthly salary  in Level 4 from Rs.25500 to Rs.81100.

For Senior Reception Officer-

• The selected applicant will receive a monthly remuneration in Level 6 from Rs.35400 to Rs.112400.

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024.

For the post of Junior Reception Officer-

Officers of Central Government-

• The applicant should hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or
• The applicant should have a minimum of five years of regular service in level 3 (21700-69100) in the pay matrix or
• The applicant should have a minimum of eight years of regular service in level 2 (19900-63200) in the pay matrix.

For Senior Reception Officer-

Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union territories or universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or autonomous organisations-

• The applicant should hold analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or
• The applicant should have with six years of regular service in a post carrying level-5 ( 29200-92300) in the pay matrix.

Qualification and Experience-

• The applicant should have Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University or institute;
• Experience- The applicant must have One year of experience in work related to reception duty.

Age Limit for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024:

The age of applicant should not exceed 56 years as stated in the official notification of Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2024.
