Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Director General. As per the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 3 years of initial terms. The engagement periods are extendable for another term of three years (no more than two terms in total) until the age of 60, whichever comes first. The upper age limit of interested and eligible candidates will be determined based on selection terms.
As per the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates shortlisted for the mentioned post will be allocated monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level 15 (Rs. 1,82,200- 2,24,100) (As per 7th CPC. Eligible and qualified candidates should obtain the appropriate format from the official notification and submit the duly completed application form and supporting documentation to Sh. S. Vijay Gopal, Deputy Secretary (IP and MC Section), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Room No. 132, 1st Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 on or before the deadline. The decision will be made after an interview/interaction with the Search-cum-Selection Committee. Candidates who are currently employed in a government/semi-government/autonomous institution should apply through the right method, along with Cadre Clearance and Vigilance Clearance.
