The Selection Committee under the Ministry of Textiles will review the applications and select the Consultant based on the submitted documents and their qualifications/expertise. The selected retired official will be paid a monthly salary based on the last pay minus the amount of pension, plus local transportation allowance equivalent to previous employment. The selected candidate will be initially employed for 1 year, which can be extended to one year at a time based on the candidate’s performance and the organization’s requirements.
