For Consultant Grade I (Academic)-

• The candidate should have a MBA (any discipline) or Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Policy, Sociology or any other relevant discipline from national/international institution of repute.
• The candidate should have Ph.D in Education and Education and working experience on Academic related project in any Ministry preferably Ministry of Tribal Affairs.

Experience –

• The candidate should have 7 years of relevant experience of working with Central / State Government Institutions, International Organization in education, teaching etc.
• Knowledge of pedagogy, teaching and research methods, academic curriculum design and curriculum development.
  Prior experience of working on tribal education is desirable.

For Consultant Grade I (Legal)-

• The candidate should have Degree in Law (LLB) from a University Institute in India recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  Applicant must be enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council in terms of the Advocates Act, 1961.

Experience –

• The candidate should have 3-8 years of relevant experience in Government /Social / Development sector.
