MOF notifies Amendment in Investment Guidelines for Non Government Provident Funds
The Ministry of Finance has notified Amendment in Investment Guidelines for Non Government Provident Funds via issuing Notification.
The Notification Stated as, “In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, No. 11/14/2013-PR, dated the 2nd March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1 dated the 2nd March, 2015, the Central Government hereby makes amendment.”
The amendments made are as follows:
In Para 4 of the said notification, the following words shall be inserted –‘sale/ redemption of investment in equities and related investments,’ after the words ‘Proceeds arising out of” and before the words ‘exercise of put option’.
