MPMRCL Recruitment 2023: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a joint venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, invites applications from eligible candidates/ Indian Railway officers to recruit for various management posts on a deputation/contract/re-employment basis. As per the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will initially be selected for a period of one to three years that may be extended of up to five years. Candidates who are shortlisted will be awarded a monthly compensation of up to Rs.2,40,000. Candidates must be between the ages of 45 and 63 to be considered for this position.
As per the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates who are eligible and interested are requested to apply online at the official website. Other methods of application will not be accepted. The applicants will be hired through a personal interview procedure that will be preceded based on document screening. The candidates/railways officers must submit their applications in the prescribed format with attested copies of documents supporting their age proof, salary slip, educational qualification, experience certificate with ACRs, Vigilance / D&AR Clearance, and No Objection Certificate. The candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs.170 which is non-refundable. As per the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates must have the following experience and qualifications.
For Joint General Manager
The candidates must have experience in METROS (Regular / Deputation / Contractual / Railways / Govt. PSUs/Joint Venture / Autonomous Bodies. He/she must have minimum 12 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 3 years of experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
For Senior Deputy General Manager
The candidates should have experience in METROS (Regular / Deputation / Contractual / Railways / Govt. Organization / Govt. PSUS/ Autonomous Bodies. He/she must have a minimum 9 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification in which 3 years’ experience in relevant field / sub domain.
For Deputy General Manager
The applicants should consist experience in METROS (Regular / Deputation Contractual / Railways / Govt. PSUs. He/she should have minimum 7 years post-qualification experience after obtaining the minimum required qualification, with 3 years experience in the relevant field/subdomain.
