MSTC Recruitment 2023: MSTC Limited, under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India is looking for young, energetic, and motivated individuals to fill Management Trainee and Assistant Manager posts for 5 years duration period. According to the MSTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 52 positions to be filled for any of the company’s offices/joint ventures across India. The upper age limit for Management Trainee and Assistant Manager applicants should be 28 and 30 years, respectively. The Shortlisted applicants would be paid up to Rs.160,000 per month (CTC 15.16 lacs per annum).
According to the MSTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates looking to be hired for a given post must apply via online mode only. Applications in the required format, along with a scanned copy of documents such as a photograph, signature, age proof, academic credentials, experience certificates, and a receipt for the application fee must be submitted between the 27th of May and the 11th of June, 2023. Applicants working in Govt./Semi-Govt /PSU/Autonomous Body should submit “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) during document verification. The candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview based on the screening of their documents.

| AM(SYS-Dot NET) | BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of DOT NET Architecture. |
| MT (OPERATIONS) | Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute |
| MT (P&A) | Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute preferably with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM |
| MT(LAW) | Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute |
| MT(HINDI) | Master’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level |
| MT (F&A) | Associate Member of the Institute of CA/CWA of India. |
