Nagarjuna Fertilizers Fined for Late Filing

Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited has informed the stock exchanges regarding a recent notice the company received regarding a fine imposed by the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This update is informed by following the obligations under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015.

The Board of Directors of the company met on May 30, 2025 and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025. As part of the disclosure process, the company has given its integrated financial results to both the BSE and NSE. It also filed the XBRL format on the same day with the BSE.

The company assumed that once the integrated disclosure was made on one exchange then it would automatically be shared with the other exchange. So based on this understanding, the XBRL submission was not made separately to NSE.

The company said that it will make sure proper compliance and become more careful handling of SEBI regulations in the future. It has said that property rules and regulations will be maintained to avoid such issues going forward.
