For the Technical (Civil Design) post, the candidate should have a Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute in India. The candidate should have a minimum of 27 years of executive experience in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute, out of which a minimum of 2 years should have been in the immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). The upper age limit for the post is 57 years. As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate must have experience in dealing with various areas such as design and review of technical drawings, hydro plant construction, and hydro plant operation, among others.
For the Technical (Thermal) post, the candidate should have a Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute in India. The candidate should have a minimum of 27 years of executive experience in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute, out of which a minimum of 2 years should have been in the immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). The candidate must have experience in dealing with areas such as construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of large supercritical thermal power plants, among others.
For the Non-Tech (HR) post, the candidate should have an MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM or a Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare, or a minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from a recognized university/institute in India. The candidate should have a minimum of 27 years of executive experience in the relevant area in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute, out of which a minimum of 2 years should have been in the immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). The upper age limit for the post is 57 years. The candidate must have experience in dealing with areas such as personnel management, labour welfare, and industrial relations, among others.
