National Seminar on Next-Gen GST Reforms To Be Held in Andhra Pradesh from April 09
A national seminar named "Next-Gen GST Reforms towards Viksit Bharat: Transforming Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Sustainable Livelihoods in Andhra Pradesh" has been scheduled to take place at Chhatrapati Shivaji Tri Sathajayanthi (CSTS) government Kalasala in Jangareddigudem of Eluru district, Andhra Pradesh.
The seminar will be jointly conducted by the Indian Council of Social Science Research and the Department of Commerce, CSTS, on April 09 and 10, 2026, and will be stretched to two days.
The seminar convener, K. Uttamsagar, said that the planned GST rationalisation is meant to make it easier to do business and simplify the tax system. These steps are anticipated to facilitate industries' growth and create more job opportunities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
