NCCS Recruitment 2023: The National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) is accepting applications from qualified applicants for admission to the Ph.D. program of the March 2024 session. Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in any branch of sciences with a strong interest in pursuing research in various areas of modern biology and are eligible to apply for NCCS Recruitment 2023. The selection of candidates for NCCS Recruitment 2023 is based on interviews. The details regarding the selection process will be communicated to the shortlisted applicants later.

Age Limit for NCCS Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NCCS Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 28 years.

Eligibility Criteria for NCCS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given qualifications to apply for NCCS Recruitment 2023.

Candidate must have a postgraduate degree in any branch of sciences with a strong interest in pursuing research in various areas of modern biology. The candidate should have a minimum of 55% or an equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA). A 5% relaxation in marks will be granted to SC/ST/OBC candidates and persons with disabilities.
Candidate must hold a valid fellowship from either CSIR, UGC, DBT (Category I), ICMR, BINC, or DST-Inspire OR Candidates must have qualified in the JGEEBILS examination conducted by NCBS/TIFR in December 2022. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on their JGEEBILS cut-off score established by NCCS for the interview.
