NCERT Recruitment 2023: National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has released a notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Senior Research Associate and Junior Project Fellow on a contract basis under the Indian Knowledge Systems Division, MoE-sponsored project: “National Resource Center of Indian Knowledge System (IKS) for School Education“. As per the NCERT Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 02 vacancies. The selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 23 months.
As per the NCERT Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to 30000. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria have to attend the walk-in interview on 20.02.2023 at the venue mentioned below. As per the NCERT Recruitment notification Candidates applying for the post of Senior Research Associate will have to report for the interview from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Candidates applying for the post of Junior Project Fellow will have to report from 1:30 PM to 03:30 PM.

Mention below are the qualification required for NCERT Recruitment 2023:
Senior Research Associate
Candidate should have a Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Post Graduate Degree level in any subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Indian/Foreign University (50% marks or equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/PH). Candidate should have UGC NET/JRF qualified (Wherever applicable), Candidate should have a Ph.D. or M.Phil in the relevant area. Candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working in the area of IKS.
Candidate has the ability to network with Institutions/individuals involved in IKS. Candidate should have Passion and track record/expertise in any of the chosen IKS domains is necessary. Candidate has Proficient working knowledge in MS Office/Libre Office/Open Office, particularly spreadsheets and MS Excel. Skills in the creation & maintenance of Databases, Websites, and E-contents repositories/Learning Management Systems, Knowledge of Sanskrit will be desirable.
Junior Project Fellow
Candidate should have a Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Post Graduate Degree level in any subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Indian/Foreign University (50% marks or equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/PH). Candidate should have a Minimum of Two years of experience working in the field of areas related to IKS:
Tools Development
Monitoring Survey activities
Data collection, analysis, and reporting
Candidate having Ph.D. or M.Phil in a relevant area, NET Qualified, Proficiency in English & Hindi, Project/Programme management skills, and Computer Proficiency: Should be able to work knowledge of data analysis software will be desirable.
Mention below are the salary for NCERT Recruitment 2023:
Senior Research Associate
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000.
Junior Project Fellow
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 25000.
As per the NCERT Recruitment notification, the selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 23 months.
Candidates will be selected through a personal Interview.
As per the NCERT Recruitment 2023 notification, Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria have to appear for a walk-in-interview on 20.02.2023 at Conference Room, DGS, 5th Floor, Dr. Zakir Hussain Block, NCERT, New Delhi-110016.
