NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is looking for qualified candidates for Project Manager, Manager-Finance and Accounts Manager – Highway Maintenance, Manager-HR & Admin, Assistant Manager- Admin, Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts and Accountant Positions. According to the NHAI Recruitment 2023 notification preference will be given to candidates having BE/ B-tech- Civil, Minimum 3 years’ experience in Highways/ Road Sector Company. Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2023 notification are given below.
1. Project Manager: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 8 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
2. Manager-Finance and Accounts: CA/CMA, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
3. Manager – Highway Maintenance: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
4. Manager-HR & Admin: MBA-HR-Regular, Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant Sector.
5. Assistant Manager- Admin: MBA/BBA or Equivalent, Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant Sector.
6. Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 3 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company. LLB Preferred.
7. Accountant: CA/CMA with Minimum 1 year of experience or M.com/B.com with minimum 3 years of Experience in Highways/Infra Sector Company.

1. Project Manager: Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600
2. Manager-Finance and Accounts: Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600
3. Manager – Highway Maintenance: Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600
4. Manager-HR & Admin: Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600
5. Assistant Manager- Admin: Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-4800
6. Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-5400
7. Accountant: Pay Band-5200-20200 Grade Pay-2800
Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below.
1. The maximum age limit for the candidates who are applying for the positions of Manager-Finance and Accounts, Manager – Highway Maintenance, Manager-HR & Admin, Assistant Manager- Admin and Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts is 35 years.
2. The maximum age limit for the candidates who are applying for the position of Project Manager is 40 years.
