Officers working under Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Courts/Tribunals/statutory organizations possessing a degree in law from a recognized University;-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR A post in level 11 as per the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with five years of regular service in the grade
• Having experience in administrative or establishment or Court matters.
