NCRTC Recruitment 2023: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is inviting online applications from eligible and desirous candidates for Assistant Manager (TOD) posts on a contract basis. According to the NCRTC recruitment 2023 official notification, there is 01 vacancy available for the above-mentioned post. This vacancy is open for candidates from the General category. The maximum age limit to apply for this post is 40 years. The contract duration is 3 years which may be further extended or terminated based on the candidate’s performance.
As per the NCRTC recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will have to sign a surety bond of Rs 2 lakh plus GST, to serve the corporation for a minimum of 02 years. The NCRTC, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is tasked with implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in NCR. Candidates must have at least 05 years of experience in the relevant field to become eligible for this recruitment. The selected candidate will receive a yearly emolument of Rs 16 lakh.

Essential Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Arch. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
Preferable: MBA/Master/PG Diploma in Management/Urban Planning/Urban Design or equivalent degree

To become eligible for this recruitment, a candidate must have a minimum of 05 years post-qualification experience in the following domain:
-Experience in handling infrastructure assignments related to extensive research.

– Proficiency in presentation documents,
– Preparation of Financial Models is preferable.
– Prior experience in the areas of TOD/ Real Estate for Transit Projects is preferable
