Post Name for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

On a contractual basis, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the positions of Chief Technical Advisor (Water and Sewerage Management), Senior Consultant (Finance, RFP Management and Banking), Senior Consultant (Project Management Cell), Advisor (Personnel) and Advisor (Solid Waste Management and Sanitation).

Age Limit for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

According to the official NDMC Recruitment 2024 notification, all consultant categories will have an age limit of 65 years. However, given their good health and degree of experience, engagement beyond the ages of 65  years and up to 70 years should be taken into consideration.

Experience for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of NDMC Recruitment 2024,  applicant should have the following experience mentioned below.

Chief Technical Advisor (Water and Sewerage Management)

• Applicant should have at least 30 years of experience in water, sewerage and drainage sectors, risk management and having continuous outstanding performance including 5 years working experience in the scale of Joint Secretary, GOI.

Senior Consultant (Finance, RFP Management and Banking)

• Applicant should have at least 30 years of supervisory experience in a Public Sector Bank, out of which minimum 4 years in top management positions ie, as a General Manager, Chief General Manager or above. Candidate needs to have Experience in General Banking, IT, Digital Payments, Fraud Risk Management & RFP Management, etc..

Desirable:-

• Candidates should have worked in a Central Govt. department for a minimum period of 2 years either on deputation or regular basis.

Senior Consultant (Project Management Cell)

• Applicant should have at least 30 years experience in the project handling in the PSU/Autonomous Bodies etc.

Advisor (Personnel)

• Candidates should have wide experience of dealing with administrative matters, cadre management issues such as framing/revision/dealing with RRs, cadre review, DPCs etc.

Advisor (Solid Waste Management and Sanitation)

• Candidates should have experience of 25-30 years working in the local body of Delhi or any other UTs/State etc.

Qualification for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the NDMC Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.

Chief Technical Advisor (Water and Sewerage Management)

• Candidate should have a B.Tech. (Civil).

Desirable:-

• Aspirants must have MBA
• Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of having consultancy experience of other states also.

Senior Consultant (Finance, RFP Management and Banking)

• Candidate should have a MBA (Finance)

Senior Consultant (Project Management Cell)

• Candidate should have a Engineering Degree or B.Sc. with 1st Division and retired from the post of Executive Director/Top management post in PSUs/Autonomous Bodies etc.

Advisor (Personnel)

• Candidate should have retired at least from (Level 14) or with 10 years’ experience in Level 13 as per 7th CPC pay matrix) belonging to Civil Service/ UT Service etc.

Advisor (Solid Waste Management and Sanitation)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Engineering

Desirable:

• Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Tenure for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

As stated in the official NDMC Recruitment 2024 notification, the candidate will be hired under contract for a one-year term that may be extended based on functional requirements and performance evaluation.

In line with the official NDMC Recruitment 2024 notification, the salary for the assigned position is mentioned below.

The above remuneration will be subject to applicable tax deduction. No Other allowances or compensation shall be payable other than this remuneration.
