Need Help Filing a GSTAT Appeal? Surat Bench Opens Dedicated Help Desk
The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), Surat Bench has set up a Help Desk to assist Taxpayers, government officers, authorised representatives, and other stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Tribunal. The Help Desk will assist anyone with questions and procedural issues concerning the filing of appeals and applications before the Tribunal.
The Help Desk is located at the GSTAT, Surat Bench office, 1st Floor, Solarium Business Centre, near SMC Garden, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat – 395007, Gujarat.
Anyone requiring guidance, clarification, or information regarding appeal filing procedures can approach the Help Desk. It will function on all working days from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
GSTAT further requested that Trade and Industry Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Tax Bar Associations, and other professional organisations share this information widely among their members so that all concerned persons can benefit from the Help Desk facility.
This notice has been issued with the approval of the Hon’ble Vice President, GSTAT, Ahmedabad.
