Facility to apply for advance ruling. Advance ruling can be obtained by applicant as perSection 97 of CGST Act,2017 read with rule Rule 104 of CGST Rules 2017by filing application form GST ARA-01 and by paying prescribed fees. The facility to file formGST ARA-01 has now been made available on GST Portal which will enable applicant to make an application for seeking advance ruling by paying prescribed fees. As per rule 23 of CGST rules 2017 a registered person, whose registrationis cancelled by the proper officer on his own motion, may submit an application forrevocation of cancellation of registration, inFORM GST REG-21, to such properofficer, within a period of thirty days from the date of the service of the order ofcancellation of registration at the common portal. This facility has now been enable by GST Network on GST portal. This will enable Tax payers whose registration has been cancelled, via suo-moto cancellation route to apply for revocation of their cancellation of registration.
